Calco Group B.V. (hereinafter CALCO) welcomes you to this website and appreciates your interest in our company. Calco attaches great importance to your privacy. We therefore consider it important to inform you how we handle your personal data.

General
This Privacy Statement applies to all personal data left by visitors to CALCO's website. During a visit to our website, you may be asked to provide your personal data. It is your choice whether or not to do so. When you leave your data on the website, you agree to this Privacy Statement.

Calco collects website user data for Google Analytics, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data provided by your browser. This data is used to analyze visit and click behavior on the website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is processed by Google Analytics. In addition, Calco uses a 3rd party to keep its website up-to-date. However, these do not receive any personal data.

Additionally, Calco uses Snitcher, a website analysis tool that helps us gain insights into the behavior and preferences of our website visitors. No personal data is collected unless the contact form is completed.

Calco does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept longer than 3 months. Calco processes your personal data for the purpose of contacting you by phone and/or in writing (by e-mail) if you request so.

Calco would like to draw the user's attention to the following rights that a user may and can exercise with respect to data received via the website:

Right of access: user may request his or her data. The data will be sent to the user within one month.
Right to rectification: When data has been incorrectly transmitted, changed or incorrectly processed, this data should be amended.

Processing of personal data when applying for a job
When you request or give information via the website, we ask for data such as name, contact details, CV and other data necessary for the application. When you leave your data on the website, you agree to this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, you cannot apply at Calco in this way.

If an application does not fit the requested profile, a rejection may follow based on automated decision making. This is in order to manage the large numbers of applications.

We expect you to provide us with accurate data. Calco processes these personal data exclusively in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. For the purpose of the correct processing of the data, the data is also processed by Salesforce, the supplier of the software for the online application possibilities, which has a processor agreement with Calco, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

If you apply via the website for a position within Calco, your personal data will be processed for the registration, handling and processing of your application. Your data may also be used for sending digital newsletters, provided you have given your explicit consent.

Part of the processing is that your data may be forwarded to one or more of the companies belonging to Calco, insofar as this is necessary or relevant for handling your request or application. Your consent to such processing may be withdrawn at any time, by sending an email to the email address under the heading 'Contact'.

Retention of information
Calco retains and uses only data provided directly to Calco or for which it is clear at the time of submission that it will be provided to Calco.

Calco does not retain your information longer than is strictly necessary. In the case of a job application, this is up to one year, after which Calco will delete the data from the application. Calco may retain anonymized data for statistical and research purposes. Calco has implemented appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorized use or alteration of any information provided by you.

With every visit to the website, your (temporary) IP address is automatically recognized and, if possible, the website of origin. Calco stores and uses this data to analyze the navigation and pages visited and for marketing purposes, in order to improve the awareness, functionality and content of the website.

Information Sharing.
Calco will not share the information you provide with third parties unless:
* you have given your direct and personal consent to do so;
* The transfer of this information is necessary in connection with an agreement between you and Calco.
* the transfer is necessary to take pre-contractual measures in response to a request from you, where such measures are necessary for the conclusion of an agreement. This includes a job application to Calco;
